Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Holland Scroggins [37386], age 90, will be at 2:00 pm, Thursday, August 18, 2016 in the chapel of Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Walter Drake officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Scroggins died Sunday, August 14, 2016 at her residence.
She was born in McNairy County, TN, the daughter of the late Allie Droke and Lola Plunk Droke. She was a housewife and was married to the late William Thomas Scroggins [36204].
Other than her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Thomas Dyer, Billy Max Dyer, Henry Caroll Scroggins [37401] and Norman Scroggins [37342] and a daughter, Mary Sue Lewis.
Surviving are her sons, Thomas Eugene Scroggins [37435], Ronald Dyer and wife, Joyce and Thomas Scroggins [37435]; her daughters, Judy Rogers [37437] and husband, Travis [37453], Debbie Mayo [37440] and Jannie Ross [37447] and husband, Ronnie [37449]; her brother, Wayne Droke, twenty-six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit with the family from 4:00 until 7:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
