1937 - 2016. Willie C. Scroggins, 79, of Beaumont passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Baptist Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 16, 2016 at Fellowship Baptist Church with burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home. Visitation, 12 Noon until 5:00 p.m. Thursday at Mercy Funeral Home, and from 9-11:00 a.m. at the church on Friday. His love and memories will remain in the hearts of his wife, Algertha Scroggins of Beaumont; daughter, Debra Samuel (Danny) of Beaumont; three brothers, Jimmie Scroggins (Geneva) of Stockton, CA., Charles Scroggins (Sheryl) of San Antonio, TX and James Scroggins (Sharon) of Houston, TX; other relatives and many friends.
